According to website analytics, this story became the second most viewed story in the history of The Antelope website. I also won a Golden Leaf Award for breaking news on this story and remember being exceedingly proud of the picture that I took for it.
This is a column that I am particularly proud of because I think that it was about an important topic and during an important time, with it being in the midst of a wave of budget cuts.
It is also the first column that I ever had people who I didn't know come up and talk to me about, because they read and liked what they read.
This is a final paper from one of my music history classes. I wanted to include it as an example of my academic writing ability, because I'm particularly proud of this paper and enjoyed using sheet music as part of my in-text citations.
